We strive to hire only the best, starting with our leadership. Our leaders within Flynn Wendy’s have 170+ years in restaurants and multi-unit operations, 20+ years with Flynn Group, and in 2023 we received Wendy’s operator of the year award.
Prior to Flynn Wendy\u0027s, Rasheeda was VP of Operations for Advance Auto Parts. Before that, she worked her way up at Pepsi Co. from Sales District Manager, to Regional Key Account Manager, to GM, to Market Director over the span of 10 years. She was also the Director of the Northern California Diversity & Inclusion Board from 2016 to 2018. <\/p>\n
Rasheeda graduated from Pepperdine University in California with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration in 2001. On top of her academic success, she played five years of collegiate basketball and three years in the WNBA. Rasheeda is the President of Flynn Wendy\u0027s and oversees about 200 Wendy\u2019s restaurants. As president, Rasheeda is focused on ethically driving results, effectively building high-performing cross-functional teams, and being a champion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).<\/p>\nPrior to Flynn Wendy\u0027s, Rasheeda was VP of Operations for Advance Auto Parts. Jason Hamerlinck serves as Human Resource Director for Flynn Wendy\u0027s. 23 years ago, Jason started his journey with Pizza Hut as a server in high school and in college. Jason was given an opportunity to move up through the ranks and turned around several struggling restaurants and areas. In 2015, Jason transitioned to the HR side of the business, and was promoted to Senior HRBP overseeing Markets in several states. With the transition to Flynn, Jason was given the opportunity as HR Director for Flynn Pizza Hut in the Central Division where he oversaw 7 markets.
